Phase 1: Online Learning
Complete self-paced coursework from anywhere, covering the core skills and knowledge you'll need before you arrive for hands-on training.
Phase 2: Hands-On Training in Orlando, FL
Spend 5 days training in person at JetBlue University, the same facility JetBlue uses to train its own crew members.
Train at JetBlue University – Get hands-on training with real airline equipment and instructors, not just a classroom.
On-Site Airline Interviews – Interview directly with airline hiring managers during your training week.
Lifetime Placement Support – Get help with job searches, resumes, and interview prep for as long as you need it — even years after graduation.
An optional upgrade to the Accelerated Flight Attendant Program for students who want more than one way into the airline industry.
